How Microdermabrasion Skin Resurfacing Works
A special vacuum creates a bubble of skin that is lifted into the crystal flow inside the handpiece. Medical-grade aluminum oxide crystals are vacuumed across the skin's surface at the perfect angle (45 degrees) to remove the outermost layer of skin by exfoliation, exposing fresh, living skin cells that are soft, smooth and more receptive to nutrients.
